Mission Statement

My mission is to give hope, light, and love to victims and survivors of intimate partner domestic abuse. I do this by offering validation of their feelings and what they experienced, educating on the many facets of domestic violence, and providing inspiration and encouragement to move beyond to a life filled with peace and joy.

My passion for creating this site is so that I can share some of my experience, strength, and hope with victims and survivors of verbal, emotional, economic, and narcissistic abuse and hopefully help them make their lives better, too.

Vision Statement

I hold a vision for women and men who have been beaten down physically and/or emotionally from the insidiousness of intimate partner domestic abuse to heal the scars that remain inside so that they can step out of that suffering and live a life filled with peace and joy.
